Second Annual Barbecue Cook-off at Texas Culinary Academy

What: Food and Beer Pairing Event

Texas Culinary Academy’s fine-dining restaurant, Ventana, is pleased to host a food and beer pairing on June the 2nd. TCA Chef Instructor Jayson Reynolds will prepare a four-course dinner pairing each course with a unique beer from local Austin brewer Independence Brewing Company.

The evening will begin with live music, appetizers and drinks from 5:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and be followed by a four-course dinner served from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The ticket price is $40 per person and should be purchased in advance by calling 512-339-3850 or by visiting Ventana. Tickets must be purchased before 5:00 p.m. on May the 30th.
