Bonjour! Texas Culinary Academy is excited to host its 2nd Annual Bastille Day Celebration on Saturday, July 14, 2007. TCA, along with many Francophile community partners, are major sponsors of this event, which will feature traditional French delicacies that showcase the heritage behind TCA’s curriculum.
Exciting competitions for adults and kids, as well as other traditional French amusements and culinary demonstrations will add to the festivities. Photographers and artisans will be on hand to sell their French-inspired wares as well.
When: Saturday, July 14, 2007, Noon – 3pm, open to the public
